PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Florida will hold a Public Hearing on Introductory Local Law 4 of 2026, on November 4, 2026 at 7:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as can be heard in Village Hall located at 33 South Main Street, Florida, New York 10921. Said Introductory Local Law 4 of 2026 is a local law to authorize and to regulate day-care centers and nursery schools as a special permit use in the Village of Florida within the General Commercial Zoning District.
At the aforesaid time and place, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Florida will hear comments from any and all interested parties regarding Introductory Local Law 4 of 2026. A complete copy of said proposed local law is on file at the Village Clerk’s Office for inspection during normal business hours.
