NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Florida will hold a public hearing at the Village of Florida Village Hall, 33 South Main Street, Florida New York 10921 on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible for Local Law 3 of 2025, a Local Law to establish specifications for private roads. A copy of the proposed Local Law is available for review in the Village Clerk’s office at 33 South Main Street, Florida New York 10921.
